Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have passed since the delivery, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

  • Gifts

To Complete your return. we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we received your item and we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, we will send you an e-mail with a 100% off discount code that allows you to get a brand new item(s) in the place of the old item(s) OR we will refund you. Please note that delivery fee (if under R500) will be at your cost. Therefore, the discount does not include free delivery if under R500.

Late or missing refunds

If your discount code does not work, please notify us – info@oorlog.co.za

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item(s) for the same item, please contact us – info@oorlog.co.za and we will arrange a courier to pick it up.

Shipping returns

To return your item(s), you should e-mail us and we will arrange a courier to pick it up.
